Return & Refund Policy

At Livesmith, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

Perfumes and scent products are non-returnable once opened, used, or tampered with, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns or replacements are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, leaked, or defective product
  • You received an incorrect product different from what you ordered

Return Request Timeline

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos showing the issue.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles
  • Products with missing seals or original packaging
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we will offer a replacement for the same product, subject to availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order and notify us immediately.
